I recently retired from GSA after spending much of my career in the US Postal Service. I raised an amazing daughter who now sails the world with her wonderful husband, fulfilling a life-long dream. I am also the lucky Grandma of Beautiful, intelligent and sweet Emily, and handsome, energetic and all-boy Noah. Grandpa Ken and I like to spend time with our family while we're living in Spokane, especially since we live away from them for six months every year while we winter in Arizona.
While I'm in Arizona, I like to walk our dog, Minnie Moo, and our cat, Bear (yes, he like walking on a leash!) and I garden with plants that don't need very much water. We also enjoy the fresh lemons and oranges picked right off our trees. In Spokane I garden once the weather warms up and volunteer at the Humane Society where there are always lots of cats and dogs who need love and hugs!
I enjoy reading mystery books written by authors like John Sandford, Michael Connelly, David Baldacci, James Patterson and J. A. Jance.
